Executive Chef Dipak Aryal
Born and raised in Nepal, Chef Dipak Aryal brings more than two decades of culinary experience and a deep appreciation for the rich traditions of South Asian cuisine.
Over the course of his career, he has led multiple restaurant concepts, developing a culinary style that honors authentic flavors while embracing contemporary technique and presentation. His cuisine is rooted in tradition yet designed for the modern palate, with an emphasis on balance, precision, and exceptional ingredients.
At Majestic Kitchen, Chef Dipak draws inspiration from the diverse culinary landscapes of the Indian subcontinent, reimagining familiar flavors through a refined and elevated lens. Signature creations such as The Maharaja Lamb showcase his philosophy of combining heritage, craftsmanship, and innovation to create dishes that are both sophisticated and memorable.
